By checking out you are agreeing to an online purchase. All online purchases are subjected to Bank/Card Issuer approval and after approval will be processed. The Order takes a minimum of ONE day for delivery arrangement AFTER bank approval, should there be a same-day availability that will be arranged.
Items are currently ONLY DELIVERABLE IN QATAR via local delivery and thus delivery information will be asked for their service, this information include but not limited to NAME, PHONE NUMBER (FOR LOCATION) AND ADDRESS and will be collected via CHECKOUT or post-purchase email should it be needed
Return is ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ITEMS UNDER PACK OF MISFITS (OWN DESIGNS) AND NOT FOR RESALE “HYPE” BRANDS AND SHOES (If Faulty see below)
Returns are ONLY VALID if the item is not damaged AFTER purchase, and within 10 days of purchase, and REQUIRE receipt for full refund. Exchange is possible if the item is in stock.
It is our aim that every item arrives in absolute perfect condition and we hope that you’re always satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
